Terms of Service

Last updated: November 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Telqora web application and Android app (the "Service"), operated by Telqora ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you register ("your company").

1. The Service

Telqora is cloud accounting software for telecom franchise businesses. It lets your company record vouchers, ledgers, commissions, inventory and related business data, and produce reports from that data.

2. Accounts

3. Free Trial

Every new company starts with a free 30-day trial. When the trial ends, access to the Service is paused until a paid subscription is activated. One trial is allowed per business.

4. Subscription and Payment

5. Your Data

6. When a Subscription Ends

If your trial or subscription ends and is not renewed, your company's data is kept for 90 days so that you can renew or export it. After that period we may permanently delete it. Contact us before then if you need more time.

7. Acceptable Use

8. Availability and Backups

We work to keep the Service available and to back up company data regularly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance and events outside our control (such as internet or cloud-provider outages) may cause downtime. We recommend that you export important reports regularly.

9. Suspension and Termination

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is a tool to help you keep records; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
